Can I bring in outside alcohol?
-No, MI law prohibits any outside alcohol on the premises, to include the beer garden. NO CARRY INS!
Do you take reservations or book private events?
-Yes, we can actually accommodate reservations for up to 20 people if notified two weeks in advance! We can also book private events if notified in advance and the date is opened.
Do you have an area for private parties?
-Yes, we have a patio that can be reserved for private parties. It has an outside bar and a Blackstone Griddle! There is no fee to reserve the patio. You can bring your own food and cook it on the Griddle for your party. $5 fee will be charged for the propane!
What is a howler?
– A howler is an alternative to a growler. It is a 32 ounce container and can be treated just as a growler. They are NOT meant for long term storage or shipping. Keep them cold and drink two refreshing pints within 7 days of filling! No howlers filled with beers on Nitro as they do not last.
Do you fill growlers?
– Yes! We fill 64 oz and 128 oz growlers (depends on availability of the beer)! We are not “growler snobs”! If you left yours at home, no problem! We have 64 oz growlers for sale (along with the 32 oz howlers)! No growlers filled with beers on Nitro as they do not last.
What is a “BoB”?
– A “Bob” is a “Bag of Beer”! It is in 64 oz bio-degradable bladder which is unbreakable and easy to pack and transport. I hold the same amount of beer as a growler and is perfect for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, hiking, boating and all outdoor sports!
What’s the food situation?
– We are food friendly! You can bring in your own food to the brewery!
– We have “Brewery Bites” – Pretzels, Nuts, Jerky, Boy Scout popcorn and Pickled Eggs for sale at the taproom!
~Thursdays – We offer “Pasties and Pints” with pasties from Michaela May’s Bakery located in Florence. If a large order is needed, order in advance before 1pm on Thursday (or earlier – leave a message) at the taproom and they will delivery to the brewery!
– We are proud to serve Dina Mia Pizzas made in Iron River Michigan. You can purchase them at the taproom and cook them in our pizza oven – use at YOUR Discretion! Pepperoni or Sausage $9, Deluxe $10, Sausage & Pepperoni $10. Eat in house or “grab & go” to take home! Friday special is “pizza of choice and 2 pints – $20. Sommer’s Sausage Smoked AMBC Brule River Red Brats and hot dogs, with all the fixings, available.
What Credit Cards do you take?
– We take all major credit cards! We also have an ATM on site for those that need cash!
Do you have alcohol drinks other than beer?
– No, as a microbrewery we can only serve craft beers that we brew! We do have speciality drinks (all beer) – An “Old Fashion” mixed beer and a “Japaleno Bloody Mary” mixed beer! Try them out and you wouldn’t know it was just beer!
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are only allowed in our outside beer garden provided they are well behaved!
– SORRY, no pets allowed! Service animals are welcome! The Michigan Modified Food Code restricts the presence of animals in businesses that sell, prepare or serve food. Emotional support or companionship animals are NOT allowed!
Are you family friendly?
– Yes! Please remember we are a 21 and older craft beer taproom! Anyone under 21 has to be with an adult over the age of 21 at all times. We have free popcorn for kids! We also have games for the kids and free kids books at “Grandmas Bookshelf” to read and if you like the book, you can take it home and keep it! Oh, we also have adult games! We have sodas and other non-alcohol drinks for purchase – kids and non-drinkers.
Do you offer tours?
– Unfortunately no!
– We don’t currently offer scheduled tours. We are a nano-brewery and we do offer ad-hoc tours depending on the availability of the brewing personnel. 
Do you sell kegs?
– Yes, we sell 1/6, 1/4, and even 1/2 barrel kegs out of the taproom. We require a $30 refundable deposit on all keg sales. Check at the taprooms for the keg price!
Do you have tap boxes available?
– Yes, we have tap boxes available for rent – one tap and two tap available! $30 rental fee and $50 refundable deposit. Include CO2 tank.
Do you sell gift certificates?
– Yes, we sell gift certificates and “pint, howler, and growler” fill cards!
Are you hiring?
